Combined Flooring was established in 1990, as is a specialist flooring contractor doing business in the Construction, Corporate, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Institutional, Retail and Domestic markets throughout South Africa.
We are dedicated to providing customers with superior quality materials, exemplary service and superior installations.
Combined Flooring has a diverse offering of products that are installed by our own in-house subcontracted professional installation crews.
Combined Flooring furnishers and installs the following products:

• To ensure the expanding of the allocated budget productively on worthwhile projects by way of proper planning and continuous monitoring of all projects.
• To operationalise Combined Flooring at all levels as far as proper staffing and appropriate management systems are concerned. In this respect, the training and improvement of staff will be a priority.
• To ensure proper co-ordination and good relations with the client and communities, by way of appropriate and transparent effective communication.
• Training and capacity building in all projects, including emerging contractors.

• Dedicated, motivated, contented and productive staff with specific focus on training, evaluation and conduct.
• Effective and pro-active planning by way of audit trails, debriefing, responsibility, accountability and dedicated information systems.
• Effective and continuous communication with clients, communities and all role players.
• Proper budget planning and strict and continuous expenditure control to maximize expenditure within budgetary constraints.
• Effective and targeted control measures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and approved procedures with a view to eradicate all forms of mismanagement and corruption.

CONCLUSION
• We will assist in specifications of the correct floor material. We can measure and estimate material requirements.
• Administer / Control Material - through issue slips and returns.
• Set a production rate and control production.
• Train unskilled people into a new trade of installing floor coverings, thus improving the welfare of the individual person been trained. Hands on training supported with a video training programme.
• We have qualified, experienced installation fitters and can work alongside trainees, to teach them the skills needed to install floor coverings.
• We can evaluate and ensure that the site conditions and substrate is in accordance with demand and perimeters of the material, which is to be used.
• Coordinating with other various trades.
• We have all the tools needed to ensure a correct installation.
